The Galaxy Zone
The Galaxy Zone at Therme Bucharest is a lively and vibrant family-friendly playground that fuses thrill, relaxation, and wellness in one striking environment.
Spread across a spacious dome surrounded by lush greenery and a year‑round tropical climate (maintained at a soothing air temp of 29–30 °C), the Galaxy area is ideal for children, teens, and adults who want to unleash their inner child—and maybe chill out too.
Water slides & wave pool
With 16 exhilarating water slides totalling approximately 1.5 km in length, Galaxy is one of the most extensive indoor slide systems in Central and South‑East Europe.
Highlights include the Galaxy Slide, Pulsar, Andromeda (the latter two requiring inflatables), and thrilling rides featuring bowls, dark tunnels, and steep drops The wave pool replicates a seaside vibe indoors, with six different programmable wave settings and water depth up to around 2 m—with around 0.8 m in most areas.
Outdoor Pool & Beach
Step outside to the Outdoor Galaxy Pool—a thermal oasis kept at a steady 33 °C year-round—with hydromassage beds, a swim-up bar, and sun loungers lining the sandy Galaxy Beach Terrace.
In summer, the area is rounded out with a sandy beach and palm trees, making it a cool, laid‑back retreat after the adrenaline‑pulse rides inside.

Galaxy Zone
The Galaxy zone is all about fun and frolics for the entire family. Loads of water slides to keep everyone entertained and a wave pool that mimics the sea. It is a great family day out.
The Palm Zone
Pool bars, mineral pools and maybe the largest urban outdoor beach in Europe. The Palm zone offers an oasis of calm and relaxation thanks to it’s minimum age limits of 14.
Elysium
Elysium is the place to treat your mind and body. This zone focuses on state of the art treatments to pamper and relax a tired body.
